OUR IMPACT

We (Uthirathin Uthavigal Charitable Trust- Since 2014) has a long-standing commitment to social responsibility, recognizing that education is a cornerstone of community development in Tamil Nadu, many children face barriers to quality education, including limited access to resources and support. This initiative aligns with our mission to empower communities through education and skill development.

Since our Trust started in 2014, we have been doing social service and social reforms for more than 10years. We have been providing various assistance to the Education of Countless poor and needy children.  We have been providing many kinds of assistance to government school students, orphans, poor and needy students, disables, widowed, elderly people with basic needs such as food, clothing, educational assistance, and means of livelihood.

For over a decade, Uthirathin Uthavigal Charitable Trust has been dedicated to providing educational services to underprivileged children and orphans, aiming to bridge the educational gap in our community. Through a variety of programs, including scholarship support, tutoring, and mentorship initiatives, we have empowered over 1, 25,000 students to access quality education. Our after-school programs foster skill development in arts, sports, and leadership, while community workshops engage families in understanding the value of education. The impact of our efforts is evident, with a 75% improvement in academic performance among participants and a notable increase in parental involvement.

Our journey has not been without challenges, including funding constraints and cultural barriers to education. However, we have adapted by diversifying our funding sources and enhancing community outreach efforts. As we look to the future, our goals include expanding our services to new regions and continuing to build sustainable partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions. By focusing on holistic support and empowerment, Uthirathin Uthavigal Charitable Trust remains committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged children and orphans, helping them realize their full potential and break the cycle of poverty through education

Education:

Offline and Online sessions were conducted every year, covering 72,000 students from 38 districts. Moral education based on life lessons from Thirukkural is provided by Sirpigal Motivation which is the part of Uthirathin Uthavigal Charitable Trust to 1, 20,000 students from 38 districts of Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. since 2014.We have distributed educational materials (books, stationery) to orphans and semi orphans, under privileged students Conducted tutoring and after-school programs. Also we have organized workshops on study skills and career guidance every month. It improved academic performance and increased school enrollment rates and reduced school dropout Rates.
